MooreMotion 2026
2nd Student Peatland Congress “MooreMotion - Connect, Protect, Rewet!” 2026

“What a peaty that I couldn’t make it to the first ‘MooreMotion’…,” you might be thinking?
Don’t worry! The second student peatland congress “MooreMotion” is about to take place in Greifswald, with this year’s theme “Connect, protect, rewet.” So pack your rubber boots and join us from September 24–27, 2026, as we dive into the fascinating world of peatlands to learn more about these beautiful ecosystems and discover how we can successfully protect and rewet them. Our goal this year is once again to spark enthusiasm and interest in peatland conservation among young people, bringing new energy and a breath of fresh air to peatland research. Anyone who joined us last year is, of course, warmly invited back this September!
