Research interests

I am interested in how the phenotypic plasticity of forest trees can help them adapt to climate change. Using common-garden experiments, I investigate the genetic and environmental components of growth performance in important tree species, focusing on phenology, leaf traits and dendrometry.

My research is part of the EVA project (Evidence-based cultivation recommendations in climate change), which aims to support the adaptation of forest-management interventions to climate change.
