Research interests

In my PhD project, I investigate paludiculture, the agricultural use of wet peatlands. I study how different water levels affect above- and belowground biomass production and the decomposition of cattails and reeds. The results help determine the peat-forming potential of these species under different conditions. My research combines mesocosm experiments with field experiments.
